We will ship all available items on your order. If a certain item or items are not available to ship immediately, we will ship your order as is and automatically cancel the item or items that are not available to ship immediately. You will only be charged for the items that have been shipped to you. However, we do keep an eye on those ancelled items and when they are available to ship, our sales representatives will get in touch with you. At that point, if you still would like those items, you can place a new order for them.
What is your delivery policy?
It normally takes 1-2 business days to process all orders unless they are special or customized orders.
Our standard shipping method within the continental USA , except Alaska , Hawaii , and Puerto Rico , is UPS Ground Service - Approx. 3 to 7 Business days delivery from the shipping date.

Duties and Taxes on International Shipments
When you place an international order at www.BodyVibe.com or via phone - fax - email, you authorize our shipping carrier (FedEx/UPS) customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue (depending on country) to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes.

Shipping to Canada:
duties are determined as a percentage of the total amount of goods purchased. Goods and Services Tax (GST) Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) are a percentage of the subtotal of the value of the merchandise purchased and the duties on that merchandise as required by law. The GST, PST, and/or HST rate is determined by the province to which the merchandise is shipped. All duties and taxes collected are forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities.

Shipping outside the U.S.A: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. SalesOne LLC ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Shipping/Terms and Conditions

FedEx/and UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via. FedEx Int'l Priority, FedEx Int'l Economy, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver, and UPS Worldwide Expedited, or such services are available and provided that the customs clearance is performed by FedEx Trade Network (FTN) or UPS Supply Chain Solutions brokerage offices designated by FedEx/and UPS for clearing these packages and there is not a delay caused by certain events beyond our control, such as a government agency hold.


If in any way your shipment was delayed due to the reasons beyond our control, BODYVIBE / SalesOne LLC is not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.


The guarantee does not apply to FedEx/and UPS shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond FedEx/and UPS's control, including but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; and any delay due to natural disasters.

Wrong Address Corrections

Please carefully check both your Billing and Shipping addresses before finalizing an order. If in any case there is an error or your Billing and Shipping information needs correction you will automatically be assess the following:

  • » If your address is, a Residential address but you mark Commercial there will be a $4.00 correction change .
  • » If in any matter a number, name, avenue, street, blvd, etc, needs correction there is a correction fee of $12.00 .

How do you ship international orders?
We currently use several methods to ship our orders internationally. Primarily, our concern is making sure your order get to you on time and intact. From there, we will choose the best shipper that can give good rates and the service needed. If our customers have any instructions to ensure prompt delivery, we try to follow those guidelines but ultimately, we will work with you on the best solution.
How do I return merchandise?
Please inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it. We must be notified of any problems
  1. Utilize the original packaging (box/envelope) if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. (Please use a padded envelope or box if original shipping materials are not reusable. Items that are received back damaged, unsealed or not in new condition due to improper packaging will not be honored .
  2. Include a copy of the original invoice.
  3. Write the RA# outside the box or envelope.
  4. Ship the returned merchandise to:

Please keep a record of the shipping receipt/ tracking number with you. When we receive the returned merchandise in good condition, we will issue a credit to your account.
What is your return policy?
Please inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it. We must be notified of any problems or defects within five days of receipt. Any returns must be accompanied with an RA#. Any returns sent without an RA# will be refused delivery. Please contact our customer service dept. or e-mail csteam@salesone.org. Please confirm the invoice number of the specific goods in question. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Please send the return via freight pre-paid. We will credit your freight cost for the defective merchandise once the return is fully processed.

Note that Body Jewelry is not returnable for anything other than defectives occurring prior to sale to a customer. Any body jewelry that has been perceived to be worn or, from a customer is not eligible for return credit. Inox has a one year guarantee. Clearance and Inactive items are not returnable.

Should your return merchandise be deemed resale-able and in good condition, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and ONLY store credit will be issued.
How to avail free shipping?

All orders being shipping within the contiguous 48 states with a $300 value or more will be shipped UPS Ground at no charge. Freight on displays are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic orders $500 or more to west coast customers (WA, OR, CA or NV) are eligible for 2nd day UPS Shipping at no charge.
